Through clear Bible teaching and the message of Jesus Christ, we seek to reach the lost and help believers grow strong in their faith.
Well, folks, I've been pondering that Romans 9-11 has always been one of those sections of Scripture that can leave people a little uncertain.
All the talk about vessels of wrath, hardening, and “they are not all Israel who are of Israel” can feel heavy.
But when we take the time to look at these chapters in the light of the whole counsel of God, a clear and hopeful picture begins to come into view.
Let me share that picture with you simply and carefully from the Scriptures.
A City on the Edge - Knife Crime, Depravity, and the Way Back

This morning I was on my way to church when I heard that Sauchiehall Street had been closed off. Three men and a woman were taken to hospital after a stabbing in the early hours. Just the day before, two fellows were caught on video urinating on the tents of homeless people and then turning on the volunteers who tried to help. One of them has already been charged.

You know, I grew up hearing the music of Culture Club and Boy George back in the 80s. Those songs were part of the background of a whole generation. Today I can still appreciate the music without approving of everything in the man’s life.
